Miss Tetra. The sassy pirate lass from Zelda: Wind Waker. Ive never been a fanatic gamer but I did enjoy the N64 Zelda games. Admittedly I thought this new Gamecube Zelda was going to be a complete let down the new kiddie cell shaded style left me totally unimpressed but I have to say that, after actually playing it, Im am left in awe! Seriously, a great game even though Ive had nothing but I told you so from my brother since admitting it! Oh, please remember when commenting that there are a lot of people who havent played this game yet so dont give away any plot points! If you want to talk spoilers then you can send me a DeviantNote.
Cute character! I haven't played the newest Zelda game, but when i first saw it, I have to admit that it was the graphics that actually made me want to play it ^^ Ah anyways, I really like this piece, it's a cute pose, and I like the colours.
Yar!!!!!! ^_@ I love pirates. They be cool. I am actually in the same bit you were. But I still don't think that the new Zelda will be good, only because I go by imagery, and I never liked "baby" Link. But, I if I was wrong about Harry Potter, then I'll be wrong about this game too. SO! Must go out and get it. ^_^ This is a very tasteful drawing. I like the dagger/saber.

That's a pretty good art *adds fav* I love it!! Tetra is awesome, I love her spunky attitude. She reminds me of Pan of Dragonball XP They're both my fav characters and I gotta love that mark on her skin Wind Waker's illustrations disappointed me when I first saw it but once I got into it, it was actually pretty good and I really love Tetra's eyes, so big and adorable especially when she's about to cry..more like a those sparkly shiny eyes Anime girls give when they're yearning for something.
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.

And yes ... I was doubtful about the celshading, but you can't doubt Nintendo, I guess - at least, not Mr. Miyamoto!
Awesome drawing - the shading and highlights are incredible, and the anatomy's great.
